Processing of personal data

Friends of Mio processes your personal data when you register as a member, sign up for our newsletter subscription service, participate in surveys, provide information or seek contact with us or in other matters via the website or by e-mail.

When you visit our website, cookies are generated that collect information on and from your browser. We use cookies to be able to evaluate and keep statistics on our visitors' general behavior on our website.

• Processing of personal data in connection with membership or training. When registering for Friends of Mio's membership and course activities, we collect and process personal data; name, email. Legal basis: Performance of contract.

• Processing of personal data in connection with ordering in the webshop. When ordering printed matter, information about name, e-mail and address is required to ensure correct delivery and as a basis for invoicing. Legal basis: Performance of contract.

• Information from Friends of Mio. Your personal data may be used to inform about upcoming trainings and conferences or about new printed materials. You can notify us at info@friendsofmio.com at any time that you do not wish to receive more information. Legal basis: Balancing of interests.

 

How long is the personal data saved?

We store your personal data for as long as the provision of our services requires it, i.e. as long as it is necessary for the purpose of the processing, or if further storage is required for the fulfillment of the company's legal obligations.

Transfer of personal data

Disclosure of personal data that you provide to us by filling out contact forms, e-mail or through verbal contact with us will only be transferred to third parties, to the extent necessary to fulfill the agreement.

In cases where it is necessary for Friends of Mio to use a personal data processor, your personal data is only transferred for purposes that are compatible with the purposes for which Friends of Mio has collected the data.
